Work starts on new library for Staines

Work commenced on 7th October to build a new library complex for Staines-upon-Thames. This will include a flagship modern Library and Cultural Centre. The new library will be in the former Decathlon store located in the Elmsleigh Centre.  

The complex will also provide a new home for Citizens Advice, Voluntary Action, Spelthorne Museum, plus a range of other lettable space.
