Staines station is on the main London Waterloo line, with a journey time of around 30 minutes. There are regular trains from London Waterloo, Windsor, Reading, Ascot, Sunningdale, Virginia Water, Egham and many other towns. The Elmsleigh Shopping Centre is a short, signposted walk from the station.

We both loved toys, so went in for that. We managed to get a good deal on an 800 sq ft store in the shopping centre at Crawley, used our credit cards to initially stock it, and opened the shop. We managed to attract the BBC, other press coverage, and quite a few suppliers who we knew also came forward when we launched, which was a great help.

Which has been the most popular of your services since you opened and how does this compare to other similar stores? Pre Covid-19, it was certainly the travel vaccinations, this was a similar picture across the country as people found it difficult to get appointments for these with their GP practices.
